  i'm sorry there is no tutorial for this, but i think i can explain to you. choose the wires and coil them with a tail, then wrap the tails around the necklace adjacently by arranging all coils as the picture shows. the lengths of tails should be different so that you can place the coils with long tails at bottom and shorter ones at top to achieve the desired effect.
