Two Steps to Design Your Own Charm Bracelet with Copper Wire

Beaded and wire wrapped bracelet designs are always a good choice for summer day jewelry; I guess many of you will go to great lengths to try to design your own charm bracelet; therefore this tutorial is prepared out of this consideration. 

Materials and tools:

1.5mm orangered aluminum wire

0.5mm red copper wire

4mm pink seed beads

Pink wood bead

Round nose pliers

Flat nose pliers

Wire cutter

Awl (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Make bangle with aluminum wire

1st, snip a piece of 30cm aluminum wire and loop one end with round nose pliers;

2nd, wrap the end around the thinner handle part of awl to make a hook;

3rd, continue to wrap the wire around the thicker handle part and make a circle;

4th, the hook clasp is done;

5th, wrap the whole aluminum wire around your wrist to confirm the length of your own charm bracelet;

6th, cut off extra wire;

7th, loop the end with pliers before sliding wood a bead onto the wire;

8th, the whole bangle is done.

Step 2: Wrap copper wire around bangle

1st, cut a piece of red copper wire that measures about 80cm;

2nd, start wrapping it around the bangle beside the hook clasp;

3rd, while wrapping add pink seed beads onto wire;

4th, after the full length of the bangle is covered, trim off extra copper wire.
