How to create your long pearl necklace and earrings set?

PART 1-NECKLACE

Step 1: prepare an odd number of 10~11cm long chain segments, such as 11, 13 or 15.

Step 2: connect the chain strands using the wire wrap link technique. You can start by wrapping a messy loop firstly. Then, slide one 8mm pearl bead and another chain strand, make another messy loop.

Keep on working more beaded links  to combine the chain.

Step 3: When all the chains are connected by pearl links, lift the necklace to find the position where you will attach on the clasp and jumpring.

In my case, I choose the two locations to make the necklace an uneven pattern.

Attach on the clasp and jumpring at proper points.

There, you’ve finished the long necklace now!

PART 2-EARRINGS

Step 1: make several 6mm pearl bead links.

Step 2: assemble 5 pieces of them into a chain using small-sized jumprings.

Step 3: string the 3 strands on another wire and create a loop with the wire.

Step 4: thread another 8mm pearl bead on and then the earring hook. Loop the end.

It’s often difficult to find matching sets of long pearl necklace and earrings. This wire jewelry making technique might just help you solve that problem! If you want to own the set, just have a try!
