Instructions on making this children hair band:

Step 1: stitch the laces

1st: cut the long lace in two, overlap part of the two laces as in the picture

2nd, stitch the overlapped part of the two laces as shown in the picture

Step 2: make the frame of the hair band

Use the hot glue gun to stick the stitched laces onto the white plastic hair band finding

Step 3: make the bowknot

1st, cut a strip of blue polka dot ribbon, make a circle and stick the ends of the ribbon

2nd, flatten the ribbon and fold the middle of the ribbon as in the picture

3rd, use another short blue ribbon to fasten the middle of the ribbon and make another 4 bowknots in the same way
