Dedicate DIY Project on Making Vintage–style Seed Bead Pendant Earrings

This pair of earrings is composed of red bicone glass beads, white glass pearl beads in different sizes and copper plated seed beads. Moreover, the structure of the earrings is very beautiful and classic.

Tutorials on how to make the vintage–style seed bead pendant earrings

Step1: make the drop pattern of the earrings

1st, cut a long elastic wire, slide a 4mm golden seed bead and a blue drop glass bead in turn, then thread the left wire though the blue drop glass bead again as in the picture

2nd, slide a 2mm copper plated seed bead to the wires and cut one wire and make a knot, then slide some 2mm copper plated seed beads to the wire

3rd, thread the wire with 2mm small beads through the 4mm golden bead and slide 2mm small beads to the wire, then thread the wire through the holes of the blue drop glass bead and the 4mm golden bead as shown in the picture

Step2: make the butterfly pattern of the earrings

1st, make another drop pattern as in the first step

2nd, thread the wire through the left two small copper plated beads and slide another three 2mm copper plated seed beads to the wire, then thread the wire through the right two small copper plated beads and the middle 4mm golden bead to form a circle

3rd, slide a 10mm white glass pearl bead to the wire and a 2mm copper plated bead in turn, then thread the wire through the white glass pearl bead and the small copper plated beads beside it again as in the picture

Step3: Decorate the white pearl bead with copper plated beads

1st, slide 9 small copper plated beads to the wire and thread the wire through the middle small copper plated bead, then slide another 9 small copper plated beads to the wire and thread the wire through the big white glass pearl bead and the small copper plated bead

2nd, slide three small copper plated beads, thread the wire through the middle small coper plated bead and thread the wire back through the two small copper plated beads again as in the picture

3rd, slide an 8mm white round glass bead and a small copper plated bead in turn, then thread the wire through the 8mm white round glass bead  and the small copper plated bead at the bottom

Step4: make the under part of the earrings

1st, decorate the 8mm white round glass bead with small copper plated beads in the same way of the step 3

2nd, slide a red bicone glass bead and 4 small copper plated beads and thread back the wire through the copper plated bead as in the picture, then repeat the pattern twice and side a red bicone glass bead at the end

3rd, thread the wire through the small copper plated bead at the bottom as in the picture

Step5: make the final part of the earrings

1st, thread back the wire through the under red and copper plated beads as in the picture, then slide a 6mm white glass bead and a small copper plated bead

2nd, thread back the wire through the white glass bead and small copper plated bead again, then make a knot

3rd, connect the brass earring hook to the upper circle of the earrings as in the picture
