Step 1: prepare the drop glass beads dangles

1st, slide a 15x10mm drop glass bead onto a headpin and make a loop at the end to make a dangle;
2nd, make another three drop glass beads dangles in the same ways.

Step 2: make the basic part of the Tibetan style feather pendant necklace

1st, slide a 6x4mm red glass bead onto an eyepin, then make a loop and cut off the extra part;
2nd, cut off a piece of 0.5mm copper wire and wrap it around the blue feather for many circles, then make a loop;
