Instructions on how to make the headband with Japanese ribbon hair accessories:

Step 1: Make the first part of the Japanese ribbon hair accessories

1st, cut some pieces of red rectangle ribbon, green rectangle ribbon and pink rectangle ribbon (as shown in the picture);
