Materials and tools needed in DIY the turquoise chandelier earrings:

4mm Round Synthetic Turquoise Beads
Synthetic Chip Turquoise Beads
Rhombus Turquoise Beads
4x3mm Red Abacus Glass Beads
10mm Blue Round Faceted Glass Beads
Tibetan Style Connectors
Golden Earring Hooks
Golden Headpins
Round Nose Plier
Diagonal Plier

Instructions on how to make the turquoise chandelier earrings:

Step 1: Make the first part of the turquoise chandelier earrings

1st, combine a rhombus turquoise bead with a golden headpin;
2nd, make a hoop on the other end of the golden headpin. Then, combine the turquoise bead with the Tibetan style connector (as shown in the picture);
3rd, add a 4mm round synthetic turquoise bead, a 10mm blue round faceted glass bead, a 4x3mm red abacus glass bead and a synthetic chip turquoise bead to a golden headpin. Repeat this step to make three times. Add a 4mm round synthetic turquoise bead, a 10mm blue round faceted glass bead, a 4x3mm red abacus glass bead and 2 synthetic chip turquoise beads to a golden headpin (as shown in the picture);
4th, add the five-bead pattern to the middle of the Tibetan style connector (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make the rest part of the turquoise chandelier earrings

1st, add other 4 four-bead patterns to the two sides(as shown in the picture);
2nd, add a 4mm round synthetic turquoise bead, a 4x3mm red abacus glass bead and a synthetic chip turquoise bead to a golden headpin. Repeat this step once (as shown in the picture);
3rd, add the two bead patterns made above to the two sides respectively (as shown in the picture);
4th, add a golden earring hook to the top(as shown in the picture);

5th, refer to the above steps to make the other pair of the turquoise chandelier earrings.
