Step 1: Make the black tassel for the Halloween skull bead and tassel drop earrings

1st, cut a long pieces of black polyester cords and wrap it around a frame (as shown in the picture);
2nd, use a part of wire to fix the middle part of the black polyester cords (as shown in the picture);
3rd, cut a piece of black polyester cord and wrap it around the right end of the black polyester cords (as shown in the picture);
4th, use scissor to cut the other end of the black polyester cords apart (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make the rest part of the Halloween skull bead and tassel drop earrings

1st, add a yellow Halloween skull bead to a silver eyepin. Then, make a hoop on the other end of the eyepin(as shown in the picture);
