Supplies you'll need in making the toilet paper roll pencil holder:

6MM Ivory Glass Pearl Beads
15MM Glitter DIY Scrapbook Tapes
Paperboard
Paper Roll
Paper Cup
Tweezers
Scissors
Glue Gun
Pen

Instructions on how to make paper pencil holder:

1st, take a paper roll and make cover with red DIY scrapbook tapes;

2nd, cut off 2 pieces of paper on one end of the red paper;

3rd, make a blue paper roll and cut off 4 pieces of paper on one end of it and then make other 4 colors paper roll;

4th, cut off 2 pieces of paper on 2 ends of the yellow and green paper roll;

5th, cut off 4 pieces of paper on one end of the other 2 paper rolls;

6th, insert all the paper rolls together one by one;

7th, take a paper cup and tailor it, the cover it with DIY scrapbook tapes;

8th, take a paper board and draw an outline of the paper roll and the paper cup, then cut off the excess paper board along the outline;

9th, glue and paper roll pattern and the paper cup on surface of the paper board;

10th, glue some white pearl beads to the paper cup as a flower.
