PandaHall Tutorial on How to Make Delicate Turquoise Bead Heart Dangle Earrings

Turquoise beads are one of the most popular jewelry beads among jewelry makers. With some turquoise beads and jewelry wires, you can make very delicate accessories just like the heart dangle earrings we’re going to make now.

How to make the wire wrapped dangle earrings:

Step 1: Make the basic wire wrapped heart pattern

1st, cut off about 35cm golden aluminum wire, wrap a loop at one end and wrap the whole wire into a heart shape;
2nd, connect the wire ends with a short section of 0.5mm golden copper wire;
3rd, make a loop at the other wire end like the picture shows;
4th, hammer the aluminum heart with a plier to make the heart flat.

Step 2: Decorate the wire heart with turquoise beads

1st, make about 30 bead links with round turquoise beads and ball headpins;
2nd, cut two chain loops, add two bead links to the upper loop and three bead links to the lower loop, then prepare two jumprings and add two bead links to each jumpring;
3rd, respectively the jumpring dangle, the chain dangle, and the other jumpring dangle to the middle loop of the heart, just like picture shows;
4th, cut a long piece of 0.5mm copper wire, wrap it onto the aluminum heart and keep wrapping beads onto the wire;
5th, add bead dangles onto the copper wire and wrap them on the heart. Here we add five dangles in total: left: one jumpring dangle with two bead links, one chain dangle with four bead links; middle: one chain dangle with six bead links; right: one jumpring dangle with two bead links, one chain dangle with four bead links.

Step 3: Complete the turquoise beaded earrings

1st, make a bead dangle with copper wire and a drop turquoise bead;
2nd, add the drop dangle to the earring like picture shows;
3rd, add an earring hook to the top loop of the heart.
