Pandahall Tutorial on How to Make Chic Pearl Bead Choker Necklace with Jade Beads

Today’s project is a pearl bead necklace with olive drab jade beads. It is quite elegant and chic so you can wear it while you are on dress. You can also wear it with strapless gown, and I think it will be a really nice, so are you ready to see it now?

Supplies you need prepare before making the pearl choker necklace:

3MM White Pearl Acrylic Beads
4MM White Glass Pearl Beads
6MM Ivory Glass Pearl Beads
8MM White Glass Pearl Beads
10MM White Glass Pearl Beads
4-strand Slide Lock Clasps
Olive Drab Drop Jade Bead
Transparent Fishing Wire
Scissors

Instructions on how to make pearl necklace:

Step 1: Make 2 pearl beads loops

1st, cut a long piece of fishing wire and slide 6 6mm ivory pearl bead to it;
2nd, cross the wire through all the 6 beads and make a knot, then cut off one end of the wire;
3rd, slide 5 6mm pearl beads to the wire and cross it through the first wire and tighten up, then cross the wire through next 3 beads as pictured.

Step 2: Make more bead loops with 6mm ivory pearl beads

1st, repeat step 1 to make more pearl bead loops until the length of it is enough to you;
2nd, slide 5 6mm pearl beads to the wire and cross it through a peal bead and tighten up the wire;
3rd, cross the wire through next pearl bead, slide 3 6mm pearl beads to it and then cross it through 2 pearl beads in 2 bead loops as pictured.

Step 3: Finish the second layer bead loops

1st, cross the wire through 2 beads in the first layer bead loops, then slide 3 6mm pearl beads and cross it through 4 beads as pictured;
2nd, repeat above steps to make other more bead loops till the end.

Step 4: Make the next 2 layers bead loops

1st, slide 4 5mm pearl beads to the wire and cross it through 2 beads in the second layer bead loops;
2nd, cross the wire through the loop and the next 2 beads as pictured, then continue to add beads and make more such bead loops till the end;
3rd, repeat above steps to make the 4th layer bead loops as pictured.

Step 5: Make bead drop patterns

1st, cross the wire through bead loops to the 5th bead in the last layer, then slide 2 3mm pearl beads, 7 4mm pearl beads, a 6mm pearl bead, 7 4mm pearl beads and 2 3mm pearl beads to it;
2nd, cross the wire through the 14th bead in the last layer, along the next 7 beads and add 2 3mm pearl beads, 7 4mm pearl beads, a 6mm pearl bead, 7 4mm pearl beads and 2 3mm pearl beads to it;
3rd, repeat above steps to make another bead drop pattern as pictured.

Step 6: Make other 2 layers bead drop patterns

1st, cross the wire through next 2 beads and slide a 3mm pearl bead, 8 4mm peals beads, 3 6mmm pearl beads, an 8mm pearl bead, 3 6mmm pearl beads, 8 4mm peals beads and a 3mm pearl bead to it;
2nd, cross the wire through the 3rd bead beside the left side of the first layer bead drop pattern;
3rd, cross the wire through next 3 beads and make 2 second layer bead drop patterns as pictured;
4th, cross the wire along the last layer to the 2nd bead beside the 2nd bead drop pattern, then slide a 3mm bead, 9 4mm beads, 3 6mm beads, 2 8mm beads, a 10mm bead, 2 8mm beads, 3 6mm beads, 9 4mm beads and a 3mm bead to it, then cross it through the 2nd bead beside the right side of the 2nd bead drop pattern.

Step 7: Add olive drab jade drop bead to the peal bead necklace

1st, cross the wire through the 3mm bead in the 3rd bead drop pattern, slide 2 4mm pearl beads, an olive drab jade drop bead and 13 4mm pearl beads to it;
2nd, cross the wire back through the jade bead, add 2 4mm pearl beads to it and cross it through the 3mm pearl as pictured.

Step 8: Add more beads and clasp to the necklace

1st, repeat step 7 to make a bead pattern with jade bead at left side as pictured;
2nd, slide 2 4mm pearl beads to the wire and cross it through a hole of a side lock clasp.

Step 9: Add some pearl beads to the 2 sides of the lock clasp

1st, slide 2 4mm pearl beads to the wire and cross it through the e2nd hole of the clasp;
2nd, cross the wire through the 3rd hole and add 2 4mm beads to the wire, then cross it through the 4th hole of the clasp, add 2 4mm beads and cross it through the last hole of the clasp;
3rd, cross the wire back through the 6mm pearl beads loop and continue to add 4mm pearl beads on the corresponding side of the clasp as pictured.

Step 10: Finish the pearl cjoker necklace

Repeat step 9 to make the other end of the pearl ckoker necklace with pearl beads and the other part of the side lock clasp.
