Instruction on how to make cute felt cat for kids:

Step 1: Make the basic body part of the felt cat

1st, take out two pieces of black felt and trim off them into the cat shape with scissors, then do the same with another piece of black felt;
2nd, sew the two black felts together and add the cotton into it (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Add small felt pieces onto the cat face

1st, cut off two pieces of round white felts, two smaller round black felts and a yellow round felt;
2nd, glue the white felts onto the black one and add the small black felts onto the white ones, then glue the yellow onto the middle part.

Step 3: Make the ears of the felt cat

1st, cut off two pieces of pink felts and two pieces of a little bigger black felts;
2nd, sew the pink and black felts together, do the same with another one;
3rd, add the pink and black felt parts onto the black felt head and sew them tightly.

Step 4: Finish this cute felt cat making

1st, cut off a piece of 0.5mm copper wire and slide a fuchsia brass bell pendant onto it, then wrap the wire for several circles;
2nd, cut two pieces of blue ribbons with different length and attach the bell pendant with the middle part of the ribbon together by twisting the copper wire;
3rd, glue the ribbon and pendant onto the neck of the felt cat.
