Tools and materials needed to make the ribbon hair clip:

3.8cm Red Ribbon
3.8cm Green Ribbon
3.8cm Yellow Ribbon
Lighter
Scissors
Hair Clip
Red Felt
Glue Gun

How to make the floral hair clips:

Step 1: Prepare enough pieces of different colored ribbon squares. You can cut them like the video shows;
Step 2: Use a lighter to smooth the edge of each ribbon square;
Step 3: Fold the ribbon square three times to make it into a tiny triangle petal, glue the top to fix the petal;
Step 4: Repeat the step 3 to make more different colored petals;
Step 5: Combine several red petals and yellow petals together;
Step 6: Cut a piece of red felt, make it as the bottom of the ribbon flower;
Step 7: Glue all the petals onto the red felt bottom to finish the flower;
Step 8: Glue a hair clip on the back to finish this DIY hair clip.
