How to Make a Blue Glass Beaded Snowflake Pendent Necklace for Summer

Supplies in making the blue glass beaded snowflake pendent necklace for summer:

3mm Yellow Glass Pearl Beads
3mm Purple Glass Seed Beads
4mm Blue Faceted Glass Beads
6mm Transparent Faceted Glass Beads
12X8mm Blue Glass Drop Beads
8mm White Glass Pearl Beads
0.3mm Tiger Wire
Magnetic Clasps
Scissors

Instructions on making the blue glass beaded snowflake pendent necklace:

Step 1: Bead the basic flower pattern

1st, snip off a piece of tiger wire (about 3 inches long), slide beads in sequence as shown in the picture below;
2nd, thread one end through the first 3mm yellow pearl bead that you just slide and tighten the wire. You've finished the first petal pattern so far;
3rd, slide beads in sequence onto one wire as shown below;
4th, thread the wire upward through the blue glass drop bead on the first petal pattern and also the first yellow pearl bead that you just slide in the 3rd procedure, tighten the wires;
5th, you've finished 2 petal patterns for the flower so far. Repeat above procedures to bead the rest 6 petal patterns.

Step 2: Bead the snowflake pattern

1st, slide a blue glass drop bead and 4 6mm transparent glass beads onto one wire;
2nd, thread the wire through the first transparent glass bead, add a blue glass drop bead on the wire;
3rd, thread the wire through the single yellow pearl bead on the next petal pattern as pictured;
4th, repeat above procedures to finish the whole snowflake pattern.

Step 3: Add adornments on the snowflake pattern

1st, slide 2 yellow pearl beads to each wire respectively, then cross both wires through another yellow pearl bead;
2nd, separate the wires by threading one wire through a yellow pearl and a transparent glass bead in front of it, while the other wire through a yellow pearl and a transparent glass bead as well;
3rd, leave one wire alone, and thread the other wire through 6 purple glass seed beads and the yellow pearl bead in the center of the flower pattern as shown;
4th, slide another 6 purple seed beads onto the wire, then thread the wire through the yellow pearl bead in front of it;
5th, thread the wire through 3 yellow pearl beads and a 4mm blue glass bead, then thread through the transparent glass bead in front of it;
6th, thread the wire through a 4mm blue glass bead, 2 yellow pearl beads, then through the yellow pearl bead as shown;
7th, add a yellow pearl bead to the wire, then through the wire through along the glass bead and the yellow pearl bead on the next petal pattern;
8th, repeat the above procedures to add the adornments on the snowflake pattern.

Step 4: Finish the blue glass beaded snowflake pendent necklace

1st, remember to thread the wire through the glass bead and cross them through the glass bead on the top;
2nd, slide 8mm white glass pearl bead onto the wire until you reach a proper length for the necklace strand;
3rd, cut the excessive wires, and connect the ends of the necklace with magnetic clasps.
