Blue Satin Ribbon
Orange Felt
Heart Wooden Beads
2-Hole Heart Buttons
Iron Scissor
Glue Gun
Needle
Toilet Paper Roll
White Paper Board
Lighter
Ruler
Chalk

Instructions on how to make the homemade felt pen holder:

1st, cut a rectangle orange felt and fold it;

2nd, draw about 12 marking lines on the felt;

3rd, draw 2 long marking lines;

4th, use scissor to make an opening line to the short marking lines one by one;

5th, draw a circle onto the white paper board. Then, cut off the circle from the white paper board;

6th, use glue gun to attach the circle to the bottom of the toilet paper roll;

7th, use glue gun to attach the rectangle orange felt around the toilet paper roll;

8th, sew the short marking lines with blue satin ribbon;

9th, make a bow with the blue ribbon. Then, cut off the excess ribbon;

10th, use glue gun to attach a heart wooden bead and a 2-hole heart button to the bottom part of the orange felt pen holder.
