Supplies in making beautiful felt floral hair band for girls:

Orange Felt Paper
Blue Felt Paper
16mm Blue Acrylic Beads
Elastic Hair Band
Felt Base

Instructions on making the beautiful felt floral hair band for girls:

1st, tailor 2 pieces of felt paper (here I chose orange and blue ones) into 2 pieces measuring 6cmx12cm;

2nd, fold the orange felt paper in transverse, then slice it as shown in the video (about 0.5cm each slice);

3rd, fold the blue felt paper in transverse, and slice it in the same way;

4th, now roll the orange felt paper to for a flower;

5th, add the blue felt slices around the orange ones;

6th, glue a 16mm blue acrylic bead in the center of the flower as bud;

7th, glue a felt base on the flat bottom of the flower;

8th, glue the elastic band on the felt base with the anther piece of felt paper cover as shown.
