Home Decor Idea--How to Make Easy Felt Fruits for Beginners

If you have a special preference for felt craft, look here! I believe today’s Pandahall tutorial on how to make easy felt fruits for beginners won’t let you down~ now, let’s get started.

Materials needed for the felt fruits:

Red, Green, White, Black and Orange Felt
Cotton
Needle
Cotton Threads
Glue Gun
Scissors
Chalk
Ruler

Step 1: Make felt watermelon

1st, trim off several little drop black felt as the seeds of the watermelon;
2nd, cut off two pieces of longer white felt and shorter ones, then trim off a piece of red and green felt;
3rd, cut off two pieces of red fan shape felt, please see the showing picture;
4th, sew the two pieces of red fan shape felt and white felts together like below;
5th, turn the inside surface out, then stuff cotton it it;
6th, put the green felt between the white felts and then sew them together;
7th, paste the black drop felt on the red felt with glue gun.

Step 2: Make felt orange

1st, trim off two pieces of white and orange round felt, one bigger and other one is smaller, then, cut off a piece of leaf shape orange felt;
2nd, put a orange felt on a white one and sew them together along the center line, then continue to sew them like below;
3rd, fold the white-and-orange felt along the center line, then sew the two sides of it with the leaf shape orange shape;
4th, stuff the felt with cotton and then sew the remaining part like below.
