Glue Gun

Tweezers
Lighter

Instructions on how to make the yellow ribbon flower headband:

Step 1: Make the first part of the yellow ribbon flower headband

1st, cut some pieces of square shaped 50mm light yellow grosgrain ribbon;
2nd, take one piece of square shaped light yellow grosgrain ribbon and fold it into half along the diagonal line (as shown in the picture);
3rd, glue the ends and continue to fold the ribbon into a petal shape (as shown in the picture);
4th, fix the shape by gluing the ends (as shown in the picture);

5th, refer to the above steps to make 9 more such petal patterns;
6th, cut a circular white felt. Then, glue the light yellow petals onto the white felt into a flower (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make the second part of the yellow ribbon flower headband

1st, cut some pieces of yellow square ribbon;
2nd, take one piece of square yellow ribbon and use Tweezers to fold it into half along the diagonal line (as shown in the picture);
3rd, continue to fold the yellow ribbon into a petal. Refer to the above steps to make more such petal patterns (as shown in the picture);

4th, use glue gun to attach the yellow petal patterns onto the light yellow flower made in Step 1 to make a yellow flower (as shown in the picture);
5th, cut a piece of rectangle yellow felt. Then, cut several lines along one side (as shown in the picture);
6th, make a flower with the yellow felt and glue it above the ribbon flower (as shown in the picture).

Step 3: Make the rest part of the yellow ribbon flower headband

1st, refer to Step 1 to make another light yellow ribbon flower;
2nd, refer to the above steps to make another yellow felt flower and glue the yellow felt onto the light yellow ribbon flower made just now;
3rd, cut several pieces of green square ribbon. Fold the green ribbon into petals and fix the shape using glue gun;

4th, use glue gun to attach the two ribbon flowers onto a white plastic headband;
5th, use glue gun to attach the green petals around the two ribbon flowers (as shown in the picture).
