Materials needed for the flower necklace:

0.3mm Tiger Wire
6mm White Round Pearl Beads
6mm Red Round Pearl Beads
4mm Yellow Seed Beads
4mm Blue Seed Beads
4mm Green Seed Beads
6mm Cyan Round Pearl Beads
12~29x9~24x1~4mm Tibetan Style Toggle&Tbar
6mm Pink Round Pearl Beads

Step 1: Make the base of the seed beads necklace

1st, trim off a proper length of tiger wire and hang it on the Tibetan style Tbar;
2nd, add a green seed bead on one side of the wire and cross it, then add a green seed bead on one side of it and two green seed beads on other side and continue to cross the wire;
3rd, slide five green seed beads and a white pearl bead on one side of the wire and a white pearl bead and a yellow seed bead on other side, then cross the wire.

Step 2: Make the white-and-yellow beading flower

1st, slide a yellow, green seed bead and a white pearl bead on one side of the wire, then thread it back through the next white pearl bead;
2nd, add a green, yellow seed bead and a white pearl bead on the wire and thread it through the next white pearl bead;
3rd, add two yellow seed beads on the wire and thread it through the next white pearl bead;
4th, cross other side wire through the next yellow seed bead, then slide a green seed bead and a white pearl bead on it;
5th, add a green seed bead on other side of wire.

Step 3: Make the red-and-blue beading flower

1st, add a red pearl bead and a blue seed bead on one side of the wire and slide a red pearl bead on other side wire, then cross the wire;
2nd, slide a blue, green seed bead and a red pearl bead on one side of the wire and thread it back through the next red pearl bead;
3rd, continue to slide a blue, green seed bead and a red pearl bead on the wire and thread it back through the next red pearl bead;
4th, add two blue seed beads on the wire and cross the wire, then continue to cross the upper wire through the next red pearl bead;
5th, slide five green seed beads on the upper wire and a red pearl bead and a green seed bead on the down wire, then cross the wire;
6th, continue to add two green seed beads on one side of the wire and a green seed bead on other side wire, then cross it.

Step 4: Make the blue-and-cyan beading flower

1st, add five green seed beads and a cyan pearl bead on the down wire and a cyan pearl bead and a green , blue seed bead on the upper wire, then cross it;
2nd, add a blue, green seed bead and a cyan pearl bead on one side of the wire and thread it back through the next cyan pearl bead;
3rd, repeat the same ways two times forming a beading flower;
4th, make the pink-and-yellow beading flower in the same ways.

Step 5: Finish the flower necklace

1st, make other beading flowers in the same ways mentioned above until the length is enough for you;
2nd, connect the Tibetan style toggle with the beading flower and then cut off the excess wire.
