Materials and tools needed in DIY the red felt heart hanging ornament:

White Felt
Red Felt
Pink Felt
6mm White Half Round Pearl Beads
8m White Half Round Pearl Beads
20mm Organza Ribbon
15mm Organza Ribbon
Tweezers
Iron Scissor
Glue Gun
Needle
Sewing Thread

Instructions on how to make the red felt heart hanging ornament:

1st, cut a piece of white rectangle felt, a piece of red rectangle felt and a piece of pink rectangle felt (about the same size). Then, cut a semi-circle on one end;

2nd, draw four lines onto the pink felt and use it as sample. Put the pink felt onto the red felt and cut the felts along the three vertical lines;

3rd, put the pink felt onto the white felt and cut the felts along the three vertical lines;

4th, cross the four white felt columns and the four red felt columns;

5th, use glue gun and Tweezers to attach about 9 8mm white half round pearl beads onto the crossed square felt;

6th, use glue gun to glue the ends together. Cut off the excess felt;

7th, continue to use glue gun and Tweezers to attach about 8 8mm white half round pearl beads onto the other 8 crossed square felts;

8th, cut a piece of white rectangle felt and add it on top of the red heart;

9th, use glue gun to attach about 17 6mm white half round pearl beads onto the white felt;

10th, cut a part of 20mm organza ribbon and a part of 15mm organza ribbon and add them on top of the red felt heart through the loop. Make a knot with the ribbons.
