How to make the easy colorful felt paper heart ornament?

1st, cut a piece of cardboard, draw a heart on it and cut the heart;
2nd, draw a heart shape on 2 pieces of blue felt paper based on the paper heart;
3rd, insert some cotton into the inner space, and sew the fringe with a needle with cotton thread;
4th, tailor the heart shaped ornament after you finish sewing the fringes;
5th, repeat above steps to make more heart ornaments in different colors as shown below.

I put these felt hearts in a gift box as a mother's day gift.

I picked another piece of felt paper and tailor it with a particular shape, making it a mat for cup or small pot plants.
