Step 1: Make a blue ribbon flower

1st, cut a piece of rectangle blue ribbon. Then, fold a triangle and fix it using the glue gun (as shown in the picture);
2nd, fold another and fix it using the glue gun. Then, make it into a petal and fix the shape using the glue gun (as shown in the picture);
