Instructions on How to Make the Colorful Quilling Paper Ball Ornament Gift Card

Today I made a colorful quilling paper ball ornament gift card with quilling papers, organza ribbon and half round pearl beads. I love it and decided to make a larger one to decorate my walls. If you love it as much as me, check the detailed steps below.

3mm Colorful Quilling Papers
Wine Red Organza Ribbons
White Half Round Pearl Beads
Card
Glue
Tweezer
Glue Gun
Scissors

Instructions on making the colorful quilling paper ball ornament gift card:

Step 1: make the colorful quilling paper ball

1st, cut several pieces of colorful quilling paper, then roll them into beads (in different sizes) and stick the tails one by one;
2nd, cut a piece of orange quilling paper, then roll it into a 10cm circle and deepen it as shown;
3rd, stick the round quilling paper beads inside the circle one by one;



4th, place the different sized beads and stick them with each other to fill the circle as pictured, then stick the whole ball ornament on the card.

Step 2: Add a small cap for the ball

1st, cut a piece of red quilling paper (about 15cm), then roll it into a bead;
2nd, press and shape the quilling paper bead and make it into a triangle shape;
3rd, stick the cap on the top of the ball and let it dry.

Step 3: Add other adornments

1st, cut several pieces of green quilling paper (each about 6cm), then clip the sides to make them into leaves one by one;
2nd, stick the leaves above the red cap and let it try;
3rd, cut a piece of 1cm red organza ribbon, tie a bow and then stick it on the quilling cap;
4th, stick the half round white pearl beads on the ball ornament and let them dry.
