Homemade keychains are inexpensive and fun to make by yourself. In this DIY article, I'll use some yellow korean waxed polyester cord and some beads to make a cute yellow cord keychain. Well, let's see how to make your own yellow cord keychain at home.

Materials and tools needed in DIY the yellow cord keychain:

12mm Pink Round Acrylic Beads
24mm Red Bubblegum Acrylic Beads
6mm Black Round Beads
2mm Yellow Korean Waxed Polyester Cord
Silver Lobster Clasp Keychain
Glue Gun
Stainless-Steel Scissor

Instructions on how to make the yellow cord keychain:

Step 1: Make the main part of the yellow cord keychain

1st, cut two pieces of 2mm yellow waxed polyester cord and fold them into half respectively;
2nd, fix the middle of the yellow cords and make the left yellow cord and the right yellow cord as the working cords. Pass the right yellow cord to the left side (below the two middle cords ) and then pass the left yellow cord to the right side (above the two middle cords) (as shown in the picture);
3rd, put the left yellow cord onto the left loop and cross the right cord through the right loop. Then, tighten the cords to make a knot (as shown in the picture);

4th, refer to the above steps to make more such knots;
5th, cross the two middle yellow cords through a 24mm red bubblegum arylic bead (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make the rest part of the yellow cord keychain

1st, thread the two external yellow cords through a 12mm pink round acrylic bead respectively. Then, make a knot on the two sides respectively and cut off the excess yellow cords (as shown in the picture);
2nd, make a knot with the two top yellow cords above the 24mm red bubblegum arylic bead;
3rd, use glue gun to attach two 6mm black round beads onto the 24mm red bubblegum arylic bead;
4th, add a silver lobster clasp keychain above the 24mm red bubblegum arylic bead and cut off the excess yellow cords.
