Instructions on making the quilling paper flower pendent necklace:

Step 1: Roll yellow paper quilling beads

1st, cut 11 pieces of 5mm yellow quilling paper, roll them into beads with a rolling pen and stick the tail one by one;
2nd, stick the beads together to form a circle as shown in the picture.

Step 2: Make red quilling paper petals

1st, cut 5 pieces of 5mm red quilling paper, then roll them into beads one by one;
