Instructions on how to make the blue ribbon headband:

Step 1: Make the blue ribbon headband

Cut a piece of blue ribbon and wrap it around a white plastic hair band. Then, use the glue gun to glue the two ends.

Step 2: Make a snow white craft and add it onto the blue ribbon headband

1st, cut three pieces of yellow ribbon and fold them into half. Then, cut a piece of deep blue ribbon and combine the ends together with the blue ribbon and the glue gun (as shown in the picture);
