Step 1: Make the main part of the home decorating craft for New Year

1st, use iron scissor to cut a circle off a circular paper board;
2nd, cut a piece of 6mm yellow grosgrain ribbon. Then, wrap it around the circular board (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Add drop beads and chenille stem balls
