Step 1: Make the main part of the butterfly

1st, cut a piece of pink ribbon, fold it in half and stick the coincident part;
2nd, fold the 2 ends and stick them with the coincident part, then fold the top ribbon and stick it to the coincident part as pictured, too.

 

Step 2: Make the butterfly hair clip design
