Materials and tools needed in DIY the quilling paper hair clips:

380x5mm Quilling Paper
47x11mm Platinum Hair Clip
9mm Rice Grosgrain Ribbon
Stainless-Steel Scissor
Rolling Pen
Tweezers
White Glue
Glue Gun

Instructions on how to make the quilling paper hair clips:

Step 1: Make two triangle patterns

1st, cut a piece of 380x5mm yellow quilling paper. Then, use a rolling pen to roll it into a circular petal and use the white glue to glue the ends together (as shown in the picture);
2nd, make a triangle with the circular petal (as shown in the picture);
3rd, refer to the above steps to make a bigger triangle pattern (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make a red quilling paper hair clip

1st, cut a piece of 380x5mm red quilling paper and use a rolling pen to roll it into a circular petal and use the white glue to glue the ends together (as shown in the picture);
2nd, make a triangle with the circular petal;
3rd, cut a piece of rice 9mm rice grosgrain ribbon and attach it onto a 47x11mm platinum hair clip using glue gun. Repeat this step twice;
4th, use the glue gun to attach the small yellow triangle pattern, the red triangle pattern and the big triangle pattern in sequence onto a platinum hair clip (as shown in the picture).

Step 3: Make a green quilling paper hair clip

1st, cut a piece of 380x5mm green quilling paper and use a rolling pen to roll it into a circular petal and use the white glue to glue the ends together (as shown in the picture);
2nd, use tweezers to make a star with the circular petal (as shown in the picture);
3rd, refer to the above steps to make another star pattern;
4th, make three red circular patterns in different sizes;
5th, use glue gun to attach a green star pattern, three red circular patterns and a green star pattern in sequence onto a platinum hair clip (as shown in the picture).

Step 4: Make a blue quilling paper hair clip

1st, make a big blue circular pattern and a small white circular pattern;
2nd, cut a piece of 380x5mm white quilling paper and use white glue to attach it onto the middle of the blue circular pattern (as shown in the picture);
3rd, use white glue to combine the blue circular pattern and the white circular pattern together (as shown in the picture);
4th, use glue gun to attach the pattern onto a platinum hair clip (as shown in the picture).
