Supplies in making double paper quilling Christmas garland:

3MM Dark Green Paper Quilling
3MM Pearl Acrylic Round Beads
Rolling Pen
Scissor
Ruler
White Glue
Nipper Pliers

Step 1: Make 5 paper quilling petals

1st, choose 4MM quilling papers, stick it to a circle and firm it with nipper plier;
2nd, pinch the circle to an ellipse, just like a petal;
3rd, repeat step 1 and step 2, make the other 4 petals.

Step 2: Make 9 flowers

1st, stick 5 petals together, as a flower;
2nd, stick 3 pearl acrylic round beads on the center of the flower;
3rd, repeat the above steps, make 9 flowers.

Step 3: Make a garland base

Stick 9 flowers together as a garland base.

 

Step 4：Make a double paper quilling Christmas garland

1st, make other 6 flowers, and stick them one by one;
2nd, stick the small garland on the big garland.
