How to Make a Ribbon and Bead Flower Hair Barrette

Instructions on how to make the flower hair barrette:

Step 1: Make main part of flower hair barrette

1st, cut a piece of 22mm white grosgrain ribbon and fold it (as shown in the picture);
2nd, cut a piece of 0.3mm silver copper wire and wrap the middle part the white ribbon with the copper wire;
3rd, cut off the excess copper wire. Then, cut off a triangle ribbon from the two ends of the folded white ribbon respectively (as shown in the picture);
4th, use the glue gun to attach a pink pearl cabochon onto the middle part of the white bow;

5th, cut a piece of 13mm white grosgrain ribbon that is as long as the silver hair barrette. Then, use the glue gun to attach the white ribbon onto the silver hair barrette;
6th, cut a piece of white lace that is as long as the silver hair barrette. Then, use the glue gun to attach the white lace onto the white ribbon;
7th, cut a piece of clear organza ribbon and use the glue gun to attach it onto the white lace (as shown in the picture);
8th, use the glue gun to attach the white ribbon bow onto the clear organza ribbon.

Step 2：Make a white ribbon flower

1st, cut a piece of 22mm white grosgrain ribbon. Fold one end of the ribbon;
2nd, continue to fold the ribbon over the angle;
3rd, hold the right angle and fold the upper ribbon down, then fold the right angle again;
4th, refer to the 2nd step to the 3rd step to wrap the ribbon until a flower comes into being;
5th, use the glue gun to attach a 4mm white pearl bead onto the white ribbon flower.

Step 3: Add ribbon rose and beads onto the hair barrette

1st, use the glue gun to attach the white ribbon flower made in Step 2 onto the hair barrette (as shown in the picture);
2nd, use the glue gun to attach 2 lilac resin rose flowers, 2 12mm clear faceted glass beads, a 12mm pink faceted glass bead and a 10mm white pearl bead onto the hair barrette (on the left side of the ribbon bow);
3rd, use the glue gun to attach a 12mm clear faceted glass bead, a 12mm blue faceted glass bead, a 10mm white pearl bead, a lilac resin rose flower, a 10mm white pearl bead, a 12mm clear faceted glass bead and a 12mm pink faceted glass bead in sequence onto the hair barrette (on the right side of the ribbon flower).
