How to Make a Pair of Long Ribbon Floral Drop Earrings with Pearl Beads

Unlike other beaded earrings, the floral drop earrings are mainly made of ribbons, pearl beads and golden chains. Now, follow my instructions to see how to make this pair of long ribbon floral drop earrings with pearl beads.

Materials and tools needed in DIY the floral drop earrings:

12mm Yellow Round Pearl Beads
19mm Grosgrain Ribbon
Golden Pumpkin Pendants
26mm Silver Brass Clip-on Earring Components
Golden Twist Chain
Golden Jump Rings
Golden Headpin
Golden Eyepins
Iron Scissor
Glue Gun
Round Nose Plier

Instructions on how to make the handmade floral drop earrings:

Step 1: Make the main part of the ribbon floral drop earrings

1st, cut several rectangle pieces of red 19mm grosgrain ribbon, pink grosgrain ribbon, purple grosgrain ribbon and white grosgrain ribbon；
2nd, fold a red rectangle grosgrain ribbon into half along the diagonal line (as shown in the picture);
3rd, continue to fold the red rectangle grosgrain ribbon；
4th, use glue gun to combine the ends together. In such a way, a petal comes into being;
5th, refer to the 2nd step to the 4th step to make four more such petals;
6th, use glue gun to combine the five petals together. Then, combine a 12mm yellow round pearl bead with a golden headpin (as shown in the picture);

7th, add the yellow pearl bead to the middle of the red flower;
8th, cut a piece of golden twisted chain. Then, combine a golden pumpkin pendant with a golden eyepin;
9th, combine the golden pumpkin pendant with one end of the golden twisted chain；
10th, attach the red ribbon flower onto the other end of the golden twisted chain (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Make the rest part of the ribbon floral drop earrings

1st, refer to the 2nd step to the 6th step to make another red flower, two pink flowers and two white flowers;
2nd, use glue gun to attach a white flower and a red flower in sequence beside the right red flower. Then, attach a pink flower and a white flower in sequence (as shown in the picture);
3rd, use glue gun to attach a pink flower onto the left end of the golden twisted chain (as shown in the picture);

4th, use glue gun to attach a 26mm silver brass clip-on earring component onto the back surface of the left pink flower;

5th, repeat the above steps to make the other pair of ribbon floral drop earrings.
