Step 1: Make chenille stem stars

1st, take a chenille stem and twist and shape it as shown in the picture to make a star;
2nd, wrap the excess together and finish the star;
3rd, repeat the process to copy other stars in different colors.

Step 2: Finish the headband

Connect the colorful stars with each other with transparent loom band one by one until you finish the whole headband with a proper size.
