Step 1: Make the main part for the paper cup octopus craft

1st, use scissor to cut the surrounding part of a paper cup into vertical bars (as shown in the picture);

2nd, cut off two circular shapes from an orange felt;
3rd, cut off two semi- circular shapes from a gray felt and then cut the diameter into a zigzag shape (as shown in the picture);
4th, use glue gun to attach the gray felt onto the circular orange felt. Then, use glue gun to attach an 8mm white pearl bead onto the gray felt (as shown in the picture).

Step 2: Add hanging ribbon and ribbon bow
