Step 1: Shape a umbrella hook

1st, snip off a red and a silver copper wire, tie and twine them around the pipe and draw out the pipe in the end;
2nd, snip off a short aluminum wire and inset it into the copper wire pipe, and then twist the ends as the picture shows to shape a umbrella hook.

Step 2: Attach beads and ribbon bow

1st, pick up 2 green pearl beads, 2 gold spacer beads, 2 headpins and 3 jump rings;
