Step 1: Make the top part of the Halloween witches' hat

1st, cut a piece of purple felt and make a cone with the help of glue gun;
2nd, fold the bottom side of the cone and use scissor to make several openings (as shown in the picture).

 

Step 2: Make the bottom part of the Halloween witches' hat

1st, cut a piece of light purple felt and trim it into a circular shape. Then, cut out a small circle in the middle (please make sure the size of the circle is about the same as that of the bottom circle of the cone);
