How Can You Make a Blue Cat Eye Bead Pendent Necklace

Blue is a dream color of every female. When she gets married, there's a saying: something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. The color blue is a symbol for purity and happiness. Now I start my blue jewelry DIY journey- making a cat eye pendent necklace.

Supplies needed in the blue cat eye bead necklace:

6mm 8mm White Pearl Beads
8mm Blue Cat Eye Beads
White seed beads
Iron Bead Tips
Glass Faceted Drop Beads
200cm Tiger wire
Lobster Claw Clasps
Scissors
Flat Nose Plier
Round Nose Plier

Tutorials for the blue flower beaded necklace:

Step 1: Make a pearl flower bud

1st, cut out about 200cm tiger tail, thread a pearl bead and 8 seed beads, then cross the opposite wire through the 8th seed bead;
2nd, thread 10 pearl beads to the occupied wire, cross the wire back through the seed bead near to the pearl and tighten;

Step 2：Add a crystal drop bead

1st, string 7 seed beads, plus a crystal drop bead and cross the wire back through the middle seed bead as pictured;
2nd, string 8 seed beads, cross the wire back to the bottom seed bead and tighten.

Step 3: Add a blue cat eye bead

1st, thread seed beads to the wire, plus a cat eye bead and then cross the wire through the cat eye bead, a seed bead, a pearl bead and a seed bead orderly;
2nd, thread beads to another wire, cross the wire though a seed bead again as pictured and tighten.

Step 4: Finish the flower pattern

1st, repeat above procedures to make the remaining flower petals;
2nd, tighten up the wire after finishing the petals.

Step 5: Add a drop bead pendant

1st, string 8 seed beads to both wires, and cross the wires through a pearl bead;
2nd, continue stringing 4 seed beads and a drop bead to finish the pendent.

Step 6: Make flower patterns and finish the necklace

1st, make the other 2 flowers as above steps.


2nd, thread 4 seed beads, plus a cat eye bead to the wire;
3rd, continue threading 6 seed beads to both wires, cross both wires back through the cat eye bead and tighten;
4th, repeat the process above to make a chain.


5th, add a lobster clasp to each end to finish the necklace.
