Before adding beads to a chain, you'd better to make loops on one or both sides of the bead. You can directly hook the loops to the chains or connect them using a jump ring as the above tutorial. It takes some thought and effort to choose a right beaded chain necklace to match an outfit or to give it as a gift. This DIY chain necklace can help you in your decision.
