Key Chain Design-How to Make a Panda Key Chain

Materials and tools needed in DIY the panda key chain:

4mm White Pearl Beads
4mm Black Glass Beads
4mm Brown Pearl Acrylic Cabochon
Headpins
Iron Key Clasp
Clear Plastic Stick
Black Thread
Diagonal Plier
Round Nose Plier
Iron Scissor
White Felt and Black Felt
Lighter

 

Instructions on how to make the panda key chain:

Step 1: Make a panda pendant

1st, draw a circle on the white felt. Then, cut off the white felt along the circle;
2nd, repeat the above step to cut off another circle that has same size as the circle made just now;
3rd, make two oval black panda horns in the same way (see the picture below);
4th, paste the two black panda horns on a white circle felt. Then, paste another piece of white circle felt on the two black panda horns;

 

5th, make a pair of panda eyes. Then, paste the two panda eyes and brown pearl acrylic cabochon on the white felt with the help of clear plastic stick( as shown in the picture);
6th, add the black thread by pasting it between the two layers of the white felt. Then, combine the panda pendant with an iron key clasp through the black thread.

 

Step 2: Add pearl beads and glass beads

1st, string a white pearl bead and a black glass bead to a headpin. Then, make a loop on the other side of the headpin;
2nd, repeat the above step three times to make 4 such pattern altogether;
3rd, combine the beads with the key chain body made in Step 1 through the loop one by one.
