Easy DIY Project on Making Wire wrapped Triangle Pendant Necklace

This triangle pendant is inspired from my niece’s Mathematics book. When I saw the figures in her book, I came up to make this triangle pendant. It’s super easy to make, I’m sure even a green hand can also have a try to make one. Do you wanna have a try? Just with 6 tiny seed beads, copper wire, and a golden chain, you can finish it within 15 minutes. Follow me to read the instructions plz.

Materials needed in wire wrapped triangle pendant necklace:

2~3mm Seed Beads
1mm Copper Wire
0.3mm Copper Wire
0.35mm Golden Chain
Silver Spring Clasp
Jump Ring
Flat Nose Plier
Side Cutting Plier
Round Nose Plier

Instructions for making wire wrapped triangle pendant necklace：

Step 1: Prepare 1mm copper wire and cut it into 5cm, wrap the copper wire into a triangle figure, and then make a small loop at each end of the wire.

Step 2: Prepare 0.3mm copper wire, Wrap about 3 circles on one bottom side of the triangle. String a seed bead and then wire another 3circles on the other bottom side of triangle to fix it. (You can choose the number of seed beads according to the space of the two sides)

Step 3: In the same way to string two beads to finish the second layer.

Step 4: Add the third layer, and cut the wire to finish wrapping. (You can add many layers as long as you like.)

Step 5: Thread a piece of golden chain through the two loops I referred to in step 1.

 

At last, add a silver brass spring clasp onto the golden chain to finish it. And the final look of triangle pendant is like this:

Tada, the triangle pendant necklace is finished. My niece loves my work so much that she makes another one with some crystal seed beads in ten minutes. Hope you can also enjoy my tutorial! You can try with other shapes and other beads like crystals, pearls and so on.
