This handmade wire wrapped necklace look is so eye-catching but still very delicate. I use aluminum wire to wrap the flower vine frame at first, and then add crystal beads and pearl beads to the frame. Now, let's start to learn how to make a wire necklace with beads for upcoming spring!

4MM Czech Glass Beads

0.3MM Copper Wire

Step 1: Wrap the vine frame for the handmade wire wrapped necklaces
1st, cut off about 35cm aluminum wire, make a loop at one end of the wire;
2nd, at the distance of 1cm from the first loop, rotate the wire anticlockwise to form a loop, then rotate the wire clockwise to form a loop, far about 1cm from the second loop;
3rd, repeat the basic wire wrapped pattern in process 2nd two or three times, make a loop at the end far about 1cm from the last loop.
Step 2: Add beads to the handmade wire wrapped necklaces
1st, cut about 80cm 0.3mm copper wire, wrap it several turns around aluminum wire at one end, then slide a 4mm Czech glass bead onto the copper wire, wrap the copper wire around aluminum wire several turns again;
2nd, slide a 4mm Czech glass bead onto the copper wire, and the wrap the copper wire around aluminum wire as picture shows;
3rd, continue to wrap the copper wire until get to the second loop, slide a 4mm pearl bead onto the wire, then wrap it around the aluminum wire several turns again;
4th, do another three 4mm pearl beads in the same method;
5th, continue to make another two 4mm glass beads in the same method, and make the next downside loop in the same way as picture shows;
6th, repeat the process 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th in this step until the wire wrapped frame is filled with beads, then cut the extra copper wire.
Step 3: Finish wire wrapped necklace tutorial
1st, cut off about two 15cm brass chain, and then attach them to each end loop of the wire wrapped frame;
2nd, use jump rings to connect a lobster clasp to both ends.
