How to Make Beaded Snowflake Christmas Ornament

For the approaching Christmas Day, I specially DIY beaded snowflake ornament for home decoration, this beaded snowflake ornament pattern is made up of seed beads, pearl beads and copper wire, hurry up, follow me to make your own beaded snowflake ornaments.

To get started, you will need:

2mm lightgreen Ceylon round seed beads
6mm glass bugle beads
6mm white pearl beads
3mm copper wire
Wire cutting plier
Flat plier

How to make beaded snowflake ornament pattern

Step1. Cut off a 150cm copper wire; slide a pearl bead to 10cm away from the end of the wire. Thread the end of the wire back through the pearl bead and tighten the wire, this is for fixing the pearl bead to wire.

Step2. Slide 1 bugle bead and 12 seed beads to wire, thread the wire back through the first seed bead and tighten the wire, continue to slide 12 seed beads, thread the wire back through the first seed bead and tighten the wire again, that is the beaded loops pattern.

Step3. Repeat this pattern two times, then slide 12 seed beads to wire, thread the wire back to three bugle beads and the pearl bead, tighten the wire, be more patient and careful on this step, do not hurt your finger, adjust the seven beaded loops, you will get the basic beaded petal of snowflake.

Step4. Continue to make the second petal, slide a pearl bead to wire, thread the wire back to the pearl bead and tighten, make sure the two pearl beads closely to each other.

Step5. After you finish making six petals, thread both ends of wire to adjacent pearl beads to fasten the beaded snowflake ornament, cut down any extra wire, then conceal the wires in case of stabbing your skin, the beaded snowflake ornament pattern now has been finished.
