How do you make a beaded bracelet?

Step1: Make the main part of beaded bracelet

1st, thread 4 red glass beads and 4 seed beads onto nylon wire;
2nd, weave them together and tighten so as to get out a circle as showed;
3rd, out of the glass bead, thread a glass bead, a seed bead, a glass bead, a seed bead, then a glass bead, weave before the one from which we came;
4th, continue until you reach the desired measure.

Step2: Weave seed beads around the main part

1st, out of the last glass bead and seed bead, enter 10 golden seed beads and string them around the glass bead beside;
2nd, out of the glass bead beside, go through the glass bead in the middle and then go into another 10 golden seed beads to wrap around the glass bead at the other side;
3rd, keep weaving in the crossing path to wrap seed beads around the main part bracelet until to the other end;
4th, in the end, thread another 10 golden seed beads to make a loop around the glass bead.

Step3: Weave beads in the middle path of the bracelet

1st, add a lobster claw clasp in the middle of the loop at the end with jump ring;
2nd, coming out of the 8 mm glass bead in the middle, string 3 golden seed beads and 1 bicone glass bead, then another 3 golden seed beads, go in the opposite direction in the opposite of the 8 mm glass bead;
3rd, continue to weave beads like this around each 8 mm glass bead in the middle path of the bracelet;
4th, out of the last 8 mm glass bead and 10 seed bead and at the other end, go in the opposite direction in the same 8 mm glass bead;
5th, out of 8 mm glass bead and string 3 seed bead and get into bicone glass bead, then place 3 seed beads in the opposite direction as showed;
6th, continuously wrap seed beads around all the 8 mm glass beads in the middle paths.

What size are the seed beads and faceted beads? The instructions only mention the 8mm beads.

The big, red beads are 6x8mm. The smaller red beads should be 4mm. The seed beads are 2mm.

They lost me at the end of step 3. I can't tell where the string is. It appears that they rotated the bracelet, and kind of did the same seed bead pattern, but went back through the existing bicones. I'm gonna try this; however, I thought it looked fine after step 2. I might just stop there.
