How to make cute hat hair clips for girls?

Step1: Make ribbon hat

1st, cut a round circle shape of the hardboard according to the size of the bottle cap as shown;
2nd, cut 30cm 6mm satin ribbon and wrap it around the edges of the hardboard circles;
3rd, fix the overlaps by glue gun, and then cut the extra ribbons;
4th, inlay the bottle cap into the hole of the ribbon circle;
5th, cut off a piece of round ribbon from the 39mm blue satin ribbon according to the size of the bottle cap, and then cover it on the surface of the bottle cap by glue gun ;
6th, cut 8cm 6mm satin ribbon and flue it to the side of the bottle cap, and then cut off the extra ribbons.

Step2: Add organza ribbon bow to the hat

1st, cut 8cm organza ribbons and fold it as picture shows;
2nd, stick the folded ribbon to the side of the cap by glue gun, and cut off the extra ribbons;
3rd, cut one 8cm organza ribbon and a 5cm one;
4th, put the 8cm organza ribbon into the shape as picture shows, and then use the 4cm one to combine the middle by glue gun;
5th, cut the rest of the 4cm ribbons and stick it to the hat as shown;
6th, adhere the ribbon hat to the hair clip finding.
