Tutorial on making toggle dangle earrings with chains and star pendants:

Step1: Cut three chains into 2cm, 4cm, and 6cm respectively.

Step2: Link the cat eye star pendant to the chains, and then hang the star pendants to the claps.

Step3: Connect the earring hooks to the toggle.

Step4: Close the claps and toggle.
