Step 1: string one basket bead cap, two facetted clear glass beads, one blown glass bead and one flower bead cap on each headpin and cut the headpin about one centimeter above the bead with the side cutting plier.

Step 2: grab the end of the head pin with the round nose plier and form an eye.

Step 3: now open up both jumprings and add them, with one earringhook on each, to your hot-air ballon pendants. Finally close the jumprings with the round, and flat nose plier.
