Making a Leather Necklace with Seed Beads and Rainbow Colored Turoqises

Today I will show you how to make a leather necklace with rainbow colored turquoise beads and grey seed beads. It is a new necklace pattern for oncoming spring season.

Necessities for this beaded leather necklace:

1mm black leather cord
4mm grey seed beads
8mm blue wood beads
12mm colorful turquoise beads
10mm hematite bead
Scissors

How to make a leather necklace with rainbow turquoise beads

Step 1: Make necklace closure

1st, cut a 45cm length of leather cord, slide a hematite bead onto leather cord;
2nd, leave a short tail and tie a double connecting knot with two tails;
3rd, cut off excess short tail.

Step 2: Make rainbow bead pattern

1st, string 12 cseed beads onto cord;
2nd, string 2 blue wood beads onto cord;
3rd, string another group of seed beads;
4th, add red turquoises and seed beads alternately;
5th, after all the turquoises are strung onto cord, string 12 seed beads, 2 wood beads and another 12 seed beads onto cord.

Step 3: Make adjustable loop

1st, wrap a loop with rest cord;
2nd, do a sliding knot with rest cord;
3rd, cut off excess tail.
