How to make ribbon flower hair clip with pearl buttons:

Step 1: Make outer blue ribbon flower

1st, cut three pieces of 25cm blue ribbon;
2nd, fold from both ends and overlap a little at the middle line
3rd, sew along the middle line;
4th, finish the 3 ribbon circles;
5th, stack them together to form a 6-petal flower shape;
6th, sew the center part, and the blue ribbon flower is done.

Step 2: Make inner ivory ribbon flower

1st, cut 3 pieces of 18cm ivory ribbon;
