Step 1: make ruffle bib

1st, cut a piece of fabric strap and fold it in half;
2nd, turn out the wrong side, and stitch longwise from both ends;
3rd, leave the threads uncut, pull both and shape a ruffle bib;
4th, tie knots at both ends and trim off excess threads.

Step 2: complete the bib necklace

1st, snip a piece of iron chain and thread it through the top casing of the ruffle bib;
